Shipping policy

After your order is processed by our system, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure its perfect condition. Following the final quality check, items are expertly packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partner. They will promptly deliver the package to you. If any challenges arise in reaching your designated address or coordinating a suitable delivery time, our partner will contact you to resolve the matter.


Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may be applicable for specific products or services and will be communicated during the order processing.


Shipping Locations:

WellnessExtract.in ships throughout India. 


Shipping Restrictions:

While we strive to reach as many locations as possible, whether an order can be delivered to your area depends on factors such as our delivery partner's coverage, legal restrictions, and courier availability.


Estimated Delivery Times:

Orders within 10am to 4pm are dispatched quickly on the same day and delivered within 4-5 business days. For other cities, near Chandigarh expect delivery in 2-3 business days. Ground shipments take longer than air couriers, usually 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Remote areas might experience longer delivery times. 


Changing Delivery Address:

Before dispatch, contact our customer service team at info@astervedahealthcare to alter the address. Once dispatched, redirection isn't possible. If the shipper can't deliver, it returns to our warehouse for processing as a return.


Order Tracking:

Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent. Track your order's status at dtdc live tracking and other delivery partners after 24 hours of dispatch.


Multiple Shipments:

Receiving orders in multiple shipments is normal. CoD will need to check for a few cities and many charges apply.


Holding Deliveries:

Contact us at info@astervedahealthcare.com if your order isn't dispatched. Dispatched orders can't be held.


Hidden Charges:

Prices on our website are final and include all taxes. Shipping charges are free throughout Pan India.
